　　Position Overview/ Job Summary

　　Understandingcustomer business requirements

　　UnderstandingProduct functionalities and mapping customer requirements with productfeatures

　　Crossteams collaboration for the requirements identified as product enhancements

　　Workingwith Development and QA teams to estimate the enhancements and approvals

　　Responsibilities

　　Tounderstand business needs, collect and analyse requirements for softwareproducts and custom solutions

　　Toauthor and own various types of Requirements - Functional and Technical

　　Tovalidate the functionalities developed.

　　Identifycurrent and future state of business processes

　　UnderstandASIS and define TOBE functionality of the product

　　Capturinglessons learnt from the projects and share the best practices with thearchitects to enhance the process to ensure the lessons are applied

　　Consulton business processes, negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders

　　Facilitatevarious meetings including functional and technical sessions

　　Managestakeholders independently

　　Workclosely with the Development Teams

　　Bethe guardian of process, requirements and solution

　　Beup-to-date with product knowledge

　　Performtechnology assessments including data, security, risk etc. and gap analysis

　　Collaboratewith QA team to coordinate testing strategies and implementation

　　Collaboratewith PS Consulting to coordinate scope and implementation; PS Consultingcould be in any timezone based on the customer location

　　Collaboratewith the Customer for supporting the developed feature / changedemonstrations

　　Requirements (Must-Haves)

　　Bachelorsor master’s in computer science or a related field.

　　Minimum7 years of experience in the job offered

　　Stronganalytical skills

　　Strongleadership skills and mentoring abilities

　　Goodtroubleshooting skills

　　Ableto thrive in a fast paced, high energy and fun agile work environment anddeliver value incrementally and frequently

　　Excellentverbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain good workingrelationships
