　　Position Summary

　　This position coordinates the physical workplace with the people and work of the organization. Responsible for project support and execution. Prepare layouts, plans and other documents as required for space planning and/or interior design of the CVS Health office spaces. Manage purchases, coordinate delivery, and the installation of furnishings and/or equipment, signage and branding. Coordinate with Portfolio Managers on project execution including move management, furniture management, budgeting and purchase order submissions.

　　Required Qualifications

　　-5+ years experience in move management and furniture project management

　　-5+ years of furniture dealership experience

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　-Knowledge of CAD/CAFM software and space planning experience required

　　-Experience in a corporate/commercial space planning, move management environment

　　Education

　　Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$43,700.00 - $105,100.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
