Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our education clients development team and work on various projects related to our CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms. You will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging and integrating solutions using Salesforce technologies. You will also collaborate with other developers, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our campus community.

　　In this role you will:

　　Work on 2-3 in-flight projects, such as Box and Zoom integration, API integration, trigger framework build out, etc.

　　Perform bug fixing and troubleshooting for existing solutions and integrations

　　Support and enhance the CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

　　Support and enhance the Marketing Cloud platform, including contact debugging and duplicate management

　　Follow Salesforce best practices and standards for development and deployment

　　Monitor and optimize the performance and security of the Salesforce solutions

　　Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and trends

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5+ years of Salesforce Development experience

　　Experience with CRM, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud.

　　 - Experience with trigger framework build outs.

　　Experience with object-oriented programming and building APIs from scratch.

　　Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Nice to have:

　　Experience in the higher education space.

　　Salesforce certifications

　　-Experience with Marketing Cloud. null
