The role: In this role, you’ll boost sales productivity by simplifying processes, increasing effectiveness and efficiency, and driving towards operational excellence.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Efficiently handle ongoing requests within the Sales Operations team to maintain streamlined processes. Collaborate closely with the Sales management and Sales Operations team to assess and prioritize areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with the overall customer journey to enhance customer satisfaction and drive long-term relationships. Continuously enhance the sales process and optimize the customer journey through the strategic and hands-on implementation and integration of technology, training programs, and in-depth analysis. Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting, identifying significant changes and trends impacting our growth trajectory. Monitor and ensure the accurate and efficient distribution of sales reports and intelligence vital to the sales organization. Recommend revisions or assist in developing new reporting tools as needed. Work closely with the Finance team to provide accurate analysis and sales forecasting for company financial planning. Own and uphold data integrity of business insights, taking responsibility for assessing the impact of change requests on existing metrics, reports, dashboards and integrations.

3+ years of Sales Operations experience, in a SaaS company 3+ years of proven hands-on experience implementing and integrating Sales Enablement and/or Customer Success tools Fluent in English with great verbal and written communication abilities Strong project management and people skills Demonstrated experience and knowledge of sales and sales processes and ability to apply policies and practices, and introduce new technologies BI & Analytics experience with leading technologies (e.g. Tableau, Sisense, etc.) - advantage! Creativity, innovation, and a can-do attitude Superb attention to details Team player Compensation and benefits includes:
