We have as many careers as we have flavors, and regardless of which role you choose, you have a direct impact on Swire Coca-Cola, our products, and the communities we call home.What does the Account Executive III Club/Mass do at Swire Coca-Cola?Our Account Executive III is responsible exemplifying the Look of Success (LOS) for Swire Coca-Cola with our Club and Mass customers. You will be building strategies to achieve Swire's metrics including profit, volume, revenue, and share goals within this client structure. As the steward you are managing annual customer agreements ensuring compliance against daily, weekly, monthly, and annual execution of all company standards. With a commitment to integrity, the right candidate will steward customer relations at Senior/Executive levels, leading customer commercialization strategies, and mainlining routine and accurate forecasting.Responsibilities:Assume leadership roles across National Core Customer Team attend regularly scheduled calls, collaborate with senior levels of National Retail Sales Team, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Commercialization.Leverage data through engagement of Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) and RGM on regional opportunities, pricing segmentation, and forecasting.Collaborate with North American Operating Unit and other brand partners on schematic. Brand partners include Dr. Pepper, Monster, and BodyArmor.Provide mentorship through training, marketplace assessment, and routine coaching sessions to junior account executives.Ensure company display and brand flow standards are being met, ensure execution and full distribution of new items, send and manage competitive surveys, manage Best in Class examples, collaborate to build local relationships with Customer, attend appropriate customer meetings.Collaborate on specific opportunities by region, discuss RED Scores, segmented pricing, local package/pricing offers and associated opportunities. Assist with volume and revenue gap planning across regions and customers.Accountable to deliver activation of assets by developing incentives, creating custom programs, ordering incremental equipment and point of sale via National Provisional Ordering System.Work directly with Supply Chain on Club stores ordering process and pallet configurations to meet agreement detail.Requirements:High School Diploma (or GED) required.Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.4+ years Customer management in CPG Environment required.2+ years Influencing departments and organizational lines required.1+ year Strategic customer negotiation experience required.#LI-AI1 #LI-OnsiteBase pay range is $ 103,809 to $136,249 plus bonus structure (dependent on role).
