Job Summary: TheStaff RN-Ambulatory Clinics works collaboratively as an active member ofthe interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and familycentered care. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics systematically andcontinuously collects and assesses data related to patient health statusto develop, execute and evaluate the plan of care. The StaffRN-Ambulatory Clinics utilizes evidence to drive clinical decisions andpractice related to individual and population health. The StaffRN-Ambulatory Clinics establishes goals and strategies for meeting carecoordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/orother care providers. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics considers factorsrelated to safety, effectiveness and fiscal accountability in planningand delivering care. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics delegates andsupervises care in accordance with the WI Nurse Practice. The StaffRN-Ambulatory Clinics participates in continuous quality improvementinitiatives and assumes responsibility for their professionaldevelopment. Major accountabilities of this role include patient carecoordination, direct patient care, patient education, telephonetriage/eVisits, and performing/assisting with in-clinic minorprocedures. May float to other areas on as needed for operations need.Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Clinical experienceand/or interest in the care and management of patient populationsspecific to the area of employment. At least 1 year of relevant nursingexperience.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Nursing licensure required.Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing is preferred.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License orMulti-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (NurseLicensure Compact) is required.
