This location is part of our Prepared Foods Division. This role is 3rd Shift,
Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 PM-5:30 AM, but could be considered forother shifts should one become available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
With moderate supervision provide maintenance support to ensure thesafe and effective operation of ammonia refrigeration systems, HCFCsystems, hot water, compressed air, and steam systems.Proactive maintenance and refrigeration repairs, performingemergency mechanical or electrical repairs, and troubleshootingmechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.Must be able to safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills toall assigned production equipment and the ability to effectivelyinteract with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individualgoals.This position is exposed to noise levels that require hearingprotection.Candidates should be able to read and interpret blue prints, repairair compressors and evaluate pneumatic systems inspectionprocedures.Understanding boiler theory and the basic eleven IIAR Basic NH3Refrigeration schematics will be required for this role.Must be able to pass a HAZ-Mat physical and pass the training to becertified as an Emergency Responder Technician Level and participateon the Emergency Response Team.Also responsible for minimizing downtime due to equipment and systemfailure.Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma/GED required. 1 year ofindustrial/refrigeration maintenance experience education (I.E.possess industrial/refrigeration maintenance diploma or currentlyenrolled in technical school) a plus.Experience: 1(+) years of industrial ammonia refrigerationexperience or equivalent experience requiredComputer Skills: Basic computer skills will be necessary to loginformation, to process daily work orders and to complete requireddocumentation. Ability to learn and utilize the ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS) Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively andbasic math skills are necessary to perform this job at asatisfactorily levelApplicants will be considered for Associate RefrigerationTechnicians, General Refrigeration Technicians, and Sr RefrigerationTechnicians level openings.Must reside in US to qualify.Special Skills:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; abilityto lift 20 lbs. frequently.Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize aladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop.Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling.Frequent overhead work.Temperatures inside the plant may vary from -25 degrees to over 100degrees; outside work may also be needed.Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, andmeasurements.#LI-PRISCILLA
