Description We are in search of a Receptionist to join our Engineering team located in Falls Church, Virginia. As a Receptionist, your primary role will be to manage visitor sign-ins, maintain office supplies inventory, handle incoming mail and packages, and perform other receptionist duties. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and warmly welcome visitors, ensuring they sign in and receive badges

• Oversee inventory and order office supplies as needed

• Ensure the office kitchen is well-stocked and organized

• Handle incoming mail and packages, distribute them to the appropriate recipients

• Perform receptionist tasks efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of office operations. Requirements • Proven experience in performing Receptionist Duties in an engineering setting

• Demonstrable ability to Assist Visitors, providing excellent customer service

• Proficiency in Maintaining Office Supplies to ensure smooth office operations

• Ability to Order Office Supplies effectively, considering budget and needs

• Experience in managing Supplies Inventory, keeping track of stock levels

• Capable of handling Direct Mail Pieces, ensuring timely and accurate distribution

• Competence in Distributing Incoming Mail, sorting and forwarding as necessary TalentMatch®
