The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in testing domain (verification and validation), possess strong communication skills, experience with complete testing lifecycle, proven experience working with SCRUM and other AGILE development methodologies, experience in reporting and end user support.
Ability to learn the system, understand the scope of the system, define test scenarios to verify completely to ensure high quality releases, meeting customer requirements. The candidate needs to be self-driven & having out of the box thinking, for planning, execution and reporting of verification activities. Very good awareness on the process side, such as Scrum / Agile, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) which is an added advantage, along with capabilities in Operational Excellence.
Ensure quality and timely deliverables, collaborating and coordinating with all concerned teams and organizations, both internal and external, as per the projects and products plans.
