  Position Summary

  This position offers a $1,000 Sign on Bonus.

  This is a full-time teleworker opportunity in Oklahoma.

  Qualified candidates preferably will reside within the Eastern Region which includes these counties: Tulsa, Mayes, Rogers, Washington, Nowata, Craig, Ottawa, and Delaware.

  Fundamental Components:Conduct onsite visits with provider groups in designated state.Deliver gap in care reports and work with provider offices to get members scheduled and gaps closed.Provide education and support to provider offices.Streamline/ simplify by providing direct communication between providers and Quality.Providers will have direct access to speaking with experts with ability to explain details of performance measures, and their current performance rates, as well as provide resources to improve performance.Abstract medical record year around, reduce copy vendor expense associated with HEDIS.Required QualificationsMust reside in Oklahoma3+ years' experience in healthcare or managed care or quality management2+ years' experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 50% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.Preferred QualificationsProject Management CertificationProject Management experienceExperience working with providersHEDIS or NCQA experienceExperience working with members or providersClinical or clinical support experience is a plusBachelors degreeEducationHigh School education or GED equivalentPay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $43,700.00 - $90,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
