　　Your future role.

　　You collaborate with the global QM&PS-network and business accountable units (e.g., R&D, Procurement, Factories, etc.) to achieve quality business goals.

　　You ensure that division Instructions & Regulations (e.g. for PLM, QM&PS) are reviewed regularly, support process wise (e.g. upload/publishing of updated or new instructions) and coordinate necessary harmonization in alignment with division support counterparts and headquarter (PQ Team).

　　You coordinate and conduct tool and method trainings for the division (for all relevant division employees).

　　You implement the global quality programs with his division production sites and monitor the effectiveness of these programs.

　　You actively promote quality improvement methods and improve process performance management (e.g., 8D, RCA, FMEA) with respect to agile/lean thinking.

　　You drive under quality matters special topics such as e.g. Escalations, Product Safety Suspicion, on demand and ensure that managers and employees have a quality-oriented mindset by promoting role models and sharing best practices focusing on digital solutions.

　　You conduct internal audits and assessments (for the division), including preparation, definition and follow up of measures as well as participating (virtual or on-site) and supporting external audits such as e.g. ISO 9001.

　　You prepare and conduct (annual) management reviews for the division as well as analyzing of the results of the customer satisfaction survey incl. follow-up of measures.

　　Finally, you ensure close cooperation and alignment with division support counterparts (guided by Headquarter PQ Team) as well as with country support.

　　Your profile.

　　The basis of your success is a completed Master's/University degree with a technical specialization.

　　Building on this, you have already gained long-term professional experience in quality or quality-related functions related to technology (e.g. engineering, R&D, service, etc.).

　　Furthermore, they are proficient in quality methods of risk analysis and quality planning (e.g. PQP, MQP, FMEA) as well as problem management (e.g. 8D, RCA).

　　You have a high level of technical expertise with the functionality of the electric motors as well as manufacturing and assembly technologies.

　　You are a strong communicator and business fluent German and English.

　　Personally, you convince with analytical skills, teamwork and assertiveness as well as a result-oriented way of working with a pronounced quality and customer orientation.

　　In addition, you enjoy working in international teams and intercultural sensitivity rounds off your profile.
