  Job Description

  AECOM is seeking to hire a Project Manager to support our exciting project in San Jose, CA.

  Job Description

  Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.

  Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.

  Consistently delivers profit margins planned.

  Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.

  Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).

  Manages more complex clients and projects.

  Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.

  Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.

  Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.

  Qualifications

  Minimum Requirements:

  BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPreferred Requirements:

  Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California

  Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff

  Minimum of 10 years of experience which reflect a progressively increasing level of leadership and responsibility

  Experience with business development and client relations

  Project management experience leading small to medium sized highway projects; well-versed in all aspects of project development

  Excellent written and oral communications skills

  Additional Information

  We are interested in every qualified candidate eligible to work in the United States. Permanent residency sponsorship is available for current H1-B visa holders in the United States.

  Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $116,000 - $214,000.
