JOB DESCRIPTION
Energized by customer needs and expectations, the Ford Model e is crafting an outstanding experience for drivers transitioning into the exciting world of battery electric vehicles. As a project manager, you'll help Ford dealerships deliver a confidence-inspiring charging network that replaces range anxiety with peace of mind for all our guests. This high-visibility role will serve as a primary point of contact with our Ford project teams to deliver Ford's Model e dealer charging program. You'll be an expert on charging hardware and installation and will help refine milestones that we need to track in construction and software development. RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do:
Coordinate Status reporting with the PMO office, including input from internal teams (like Ford Pro Software and Customer Support) as well as Dealerships, Turnkey Installers, Rotunda, etc. Coordinate with Ford Pro the onboarding, commissioning, and setting up tasks that need to be performed Coordinate with Ford Pro training for dealers using Ford Pro hardware, software, and ESPs. This includes the creation of the curriculum and all supporting materials to be used by dealers. Utilize project management and data visualization platforms to capture charging installation progress from site survey through commissioning Work with Ford Pro and FCSD to establish support for Model e dealers

Desired Experience:
Strong interest in electrification, energy, and sustainable mobility Strong organizational skills, including coordinating teams and managing and tracking requirements Strong Experience working with Automotive Dealerships Ability to clearly communicate technical topics across a wide array of audiences Strong background in construction project management Experience managing project pipelines across multiple contractors In-depth knowledge of electric vehicle charging hardware and dependent systems Competency for reading single-line electrical and mechanical diagrams, civil works, and construction drawings Familiarity with electric codes and permitting processes Familiarity with governmental and utility infrastructure incentive programs
