Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
TE Connectivity's project coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation and organization of projects within the Gulf Coast region. Essential skills for a successful Project Coordinator include excellent communication, organizational abilities, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and proficiency in project management tools and software. Additionally, the capacity to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements is crucial in this role. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and apt in building strong relationships. Experience in Oil & Gas industry would be a plus. Work with the Outside Sales & Customer Care teams to identify and quote opportunities to generate new business and organic revenue growth. Technical Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assigning tasks to team members, monitoring their progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project take off's to offer insight to alternate methods of layouts.
• Organizing and facilitating meetings, including setting agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
• Promote TE Energy technologies and product portfolio with the customer and drive projects.
• Participate in proposal review and negotiation process.
• Manage deliverable requirements to ensure current and future metrics are exceeding customer expectations.
• Ensure that engineering, procurement, construction and logistics elements of projects are executed in a manner consistent with the as-sold expectations of company customers.
• Monitor performance metrics, project schedules, risk profiles, and cost performance of the project in accordance with company systems and practices
• Maintaining project documentation, including project schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
Commercial Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assess market and provide trends in the industry
• Proactively address open customer issues and coordinate with internal groups to ensure that quotations, quality complaints, VOC, technical information is provided to the customer within agreed timeframes.
• Develop and implement effective lead campaign strategies - outgoing calls and emails
• Coordination of library of projects throughout the Americas region- make outgoing calls to qualify projects.
• Develop and implement strategic planning to improve results and meet deliveries according to proposed timeline.
What your background should look like:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, management, or a related field. Ideal candidate is certified PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified associate in project management).
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources effectively. Proficiency in documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping is crucial.
• 3-5 years of renewable experience or oil & gas industry a plus.
• Working knowledge of office productivity software such as MS-Office suite, including advanced use of MS Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for liaising with team members, stakeholders, and clients, as well as for writing reports, emails, and documentation.
• The ability to identify issues, assess situations, and propose effective solutions is key. Project Coordinators often encounter challenges that require quick thinking and resourcefulness. Strong customer service skills with focus on listening to the customer.
• Working knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures. Multi-project execution experience.
• Ability to work with deadlines and demanding targets.
• Travel requirement: 5-10%

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $48,240k - 72,360k annually (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
