　　Product Specialist

　　This role is based in Mexico and must be bilingual in Spanish/English

　　What will you do:

　　A Product Specialist (PS) is the trusted advisor and go to product expert to stakeholders in some of the top companies in the world. As a PS, you are responsible to ensure that every customer is able to meet their defined goals by leveraging different Sprinklr solutions that cater to those specific business needs.

　　Drive breadth and depth of Product Consumption and Retention by configuring and optimizing customer's environments for various global brands from different industries for maximum and faster value realization and reducing the time to value.Maintain deep technical knowledge of platform functionality and Industry Business use cases.Constant learning and collaboration with internal teams to develop Best Practices on Product Configuration, Industry Verticals and more.Understand product Adoption of various brands and establish standard practices to improve adoption and stickiness.Use product usage data to understand customer pain points and recommend possible solutions to the product team for Product Innovation and EnhancementsTake End-to-end Ownership of Customer Lifecycle to provide holistic, Omni-channel Unified CXM Experience

　　What makes you qualified?

　　Degree in engineering preferred.Relevant work experience in CCaaS or Product Companies in technical roles highly preferred.Ability to work in a highly challenging startup environment by maintaining high standards of accuracy in terms of quality and quantity.Strong ownership and accountabilityExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood Time management skillsAbility to analyze data quickly to reach relevant insights.Good consultative skills to understand client needs and map them to concrete solutions.Implementation Consultant, Product Consultants, Managed Services, Solution Constant and Product Managers preferred.
