Your role

　　We're looking for a Product Manager to:

　　• co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)

　　• drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod

　　• act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.

　　• ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)

　　• support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals

　　• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement

　　• interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape

　　• partner closely with aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions

　　You'll be working with the Periodic Know-Your-Client Reviews (PKR) Simplification team in Weehawken, NJ focusing on improving and simplifying the PKR process and tooling to create more time for meaningful client interaction, increasing FA satisfaction, PKR quality and timeliness whilst staying within risk appetite.

　　Your expertise

　　• multiple year's experience delivering complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry

　　• data-driven, analytical and innovative mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions

　　• extensive experience writing requirements / user stories and working with UX designers, Technology team and business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

　　• setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)

　　• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

　　• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels

　　• working in agile methodology environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
