We will count on you to:
Complete product reviews and propose product changes that require analysis oftrends, factors, competitive position, and rate level indications thataids in modification of current products and development of new productsMonitor the P&L and portfolio management with understanding of key metricssuch as aggregate accumulation, PML management, and profitability analysisSupport business planning and forecasting efforts across assigned lines ofbusinessDevelop in depth knowledge of key data sources and processes to identify andsolve product/pricing problems through the use of relevant, compellingdata from internal and external sources
What you need to have:
Bachelors Degree in a quantitative discipline (Actuarial Sciences,Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Risk Management, Statistics, or arelated field utilizing modeling, programming, or quantitative analysis)Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability tomanipulate and visualize large, complex data sets using Excel and SQLHigh attention to detail, creativity, intellectual curiosity, strongtime management skills, and a strategic mindset
What makes you stand out?
3-5 years of insurance or actuarial/quantitative analytics experience1+ years using data visualization tools creating compelling, professionaldashboards (i.e. Tableau)Experience using R/Python or other statistical programming languagesDemonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic; resourceful andself-motivated
