Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Business Process Manager to join a large, telecommunication company in Stamford, CT. This manager will be joining the strategic initiatives team focused on AI within the Customer Operations Organization. This manager will be joining a team comprised of program managers, business analysts, and other project managers. This group is working on a new program launch that will encompass multiple phases. The goal of this group in 2024 is offering "next best decision/action" or NBO to customers by incorporating an artificial intelligence tool. In other words, when a customer calls in, the platform will interrupt the call and be able to pull past call data or their customer profile. Based off the current data, the AI tool will suggest the next best action or predict why the customer is calling in that way they are directed to the right person/center that will overall better customer experience. This manager will be acting as the liaison between various groups and stakeholders as well as making sure their direct reports (business analysts) are taking in requirements from stakeholders, understanding & transforming them into requirements that can be handed off to IT. On a day-to-day basis, this manager will spend 25% of their time overseeing analysts, 25% working with internal teams in the organization, 25% working with various stakeholders, and 25% ensuring all work is being completed and processes are underway.
Skills and Requirements
Consultant with 6+ years of Business Process Management
If no consulting experience, then 8-10 years in sales/ customer operations or strategic initiatives
Experience with process improvement, strategy, and development
Quick learner and curious
Attention to detail and understands big picture
Strong background within operational readiness , influencing peers and leaders and getting alignment
Experience working & communication with various teams & stakeholders
Strong presentation skills: storytelling, creating visuals, high level flows to drive and facilitate conversations
Bachelor's Degree minimum Telecom Experience working on a similar project
Background working on strategy engagements at Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, etc.
Understanding of solution delivery and terminologies null
