　　Kforce has a client that is seeking a Process Analyst in Juno Beach, FL.Key Tasks: Process Analyst will write detailed Call Center processes Work on special assigned projects to improve the operations of the Call Center As a Process Analyst, you will engage in cross-functional meetings by offering process improvement recommendations, presenting SOP updates Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures Creating training materials and operating manuals

　　Excellent oral and written communication - concise and accurate written documentation is essential Must thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment Must be able to spot when processes don't comply with guidance and provide alternative suggestions; Able to read and interpret the details of external guidance and industry regulations Able to identify problems but also be able to help provide fresh solutions to ensure efficiency and quality of processes Ability to serve customers effectively and efficiently

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
