　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.

　　Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Integrated Circuit Design, Physics)7-10+ years of technical project management experience including full lifecycle developmentsExperience with supplier management and collaborating with technical partners such as MEMS fab/foundry partners, conducting regular design reviews, process & product audits, quality reviews, etc.Experience with requirements definition, defining project scope and managing scope creep, identifying and mitigating risks, identifying and managing critical dependenciesExperience leading global technology and product development teams in a cross-functional, multi-site environment to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraintsExceptional fluency in EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with leadership, stakeholders, cross functional teams (engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, finance, sales) and subject matter experts.Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions when presented with a series of challenges, conflicts and constraintsAbility to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining strong attention to the detailsWillingness to travel as required, ~25%
