　　TikTok's publisher team is responsible for accelerating the acquisition of content from publishers and media companies. They will evaluate our partner business models and build partnerships that fully leverage the TikTok value proposition, based on the core product experience.

　　As a PMO, you will be challenged to undertake complicated and multi-disciplinary projects driving team enhancements and bringing order to ambiguity. You will be responsible for strategic cross-functional planning, operations, prioritization, execution, and communication with key stakeholders.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Manage potential strategic partners based on internal product goals and market needs and build out the relationship from initiation through execution

　　- Reporting to the Head of Publishers, supporting the overall team operation globally through a project management function, analytical support, execution and internal and external alignment

　　- Take a leading role in the process of collaborating with other content and regional teams in addition to other cross-functional teams so as to arrive at consensus

　　- Support all strategic initiatives with the relevant research and market and partner intelligence to aid in strategic decision making

　　- Accountable for team operating model - leading key meetings, preparing OKR and reporting

　　- This is a global role that requires superior communication skills and the ability to work across countries, continents and cultures. The ability to manage in a high level, cross-functional capacity is critical along with the experience of working with other cultures (and ideally) in multiple languages.

　　Qualifications

　　- 5-7+ years working experience in project management, that should include roles at leading internet, sports or entertainment companies. Prior management consulting or investment banking experience is a plus.

　　- Experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across disparate business units with occasionally conflicting KPIs

　　- Exceptional analytical, modeling and project management skills

　　- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role

　　- Leadership in understanding key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities

　　- Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to work cross functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership.

　　- The ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment.

　　- Exemplary interpersonal, analytical and communications skills.

　　- Experience in product preferred

　　- BS required, MS/MA/MBA considered a plus.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $125400 - $229140 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
