  About the Organization

  What is Limitless Male? We are a men’s health clinic where every day, we open the doors to invite men of all ages to change their lives and get back in the game by becoming better husbands, fathers, and co-workers. We do it through various avenues of testosterone replacement, peptides, wave therapies, and many other ancillary products to help men feel their best!

  Description

  Serving our Omaha, Papillion and Council Bluffs clinics. This Phlebotomist position will be responsible for providing a great patient experience at every visit. This key role involves guiding patients through the entire visit and helping first hand in meeting the needs of their visit. This person will be key in building relationships and trust between clinic patients, clinical staff, and the providers.  

  NO NIGHTS - NO ON CALL

  Responsibilities and Duties

  Assures patients receive excellent customer service

  Assisting patients to their exam or treatment room

  Work efficiently to minimize patient wait times

  Helping Medical Providers and other clinical team members to ensure patient flow efficiency

  Takes great care in participating in the execution of the care plans and treatment developed for each patient by the provider

  Obtain blood specimens from patients while adhering to all protocols

  Be able to handle and store specimens efficiently and correctly

  Follow clinic procedures on the ordering process, electronically entering orders, and printing requisitions

  Ensures clinical space is up kept to the highest standard

  Requirements

  Prior experience in a medical office setting 

  Experience in blood draws

  Ability to multi-task and work efficiently 

  Knowledge of basic computer software, and the ability to learn electronic medical records required

  Communicates well with patients, other medical staff, and the front office staff

  Phlebotomy certification PBT (ASCP) preferred

  Must be able to handle high patient volumes without getting overwhelmed
