About Permanent Sales & Service Representative

What does a sales and service representative do?

Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions

Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs

Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage

Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression

Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals

What skills and qualifications are needed in this role?

Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required

Must have experience in a performance-based environment (i.e. individual sales goals and metrics)

Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs

Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service

Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

There will be additional incentives such as uncapped quarterly bonus payouts based off sales performance.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:30pm

Training Start Date: August
