Shifts scheduled on a weekly rotation, week 1: Mondayand Tuesday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and week 2: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdaybetween the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. We are seeking aPatient Scheduling Representative to: * Schedule appointments viaphone, in-person or electronic correspondence. * Take incoming phonecalls from patients and their families to assist them with theirappointment scheduling needs. * Make outgoing phone calls to patientsto schedule their appointments. * Coordinate with clinic staff toensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner.
