　　Responsibilities:

　　• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

　　• Conduct workshops and gather functional specifications to design solutions using Dynamics 365.

　　• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.

　　• Provide expert advice on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementation and optimization.

　　• Perform system testing, user training, and support during the implementation phase.

　　• Develop documentation, including functional design documents, test plans, and user guides.

　　• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations when needed.

　　• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, upgrades, and industry trends.

　　• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members.

　　Requirements:

　　• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

　　• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.

　　• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sales, Marketing, Service, or other relevant modules.

　　• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into functional specifications.

　　• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box features and customization tools.

　　• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

　　• Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and creating documentation.

　　• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-220, etc.) will be a plus.

　　• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

　　Year Of Experience: Minimum 5 years in D365

　　Education: Graduate Degree in any stream
