Nature of Work
Provide overall management for a project or assist
senior management on projects. Manage a
field staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendorcompliance,
budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and statutory and legalcompliance. Maintain constructive relationships and
communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, communityofficials
and company staff.

Conduct pre-construction reviews including estimate review andcontract documents. Develop purchasing strategies, project flowcharts and schedules.

Ensure subcontractors meet expectations of contract documents.

Direct and supervise the purchase of major equipment.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Establish and coordinate overall project schedule.

Ensure labor, material, subcontractors, and equipment cost controlfor all projects.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Provide any required project billings.

Ensure accurate completion and updating of all required projectreports.

Maintain client relationships and assist in development of newbusiness.

Ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.
