Description:

　　To analyze product designs of aerospace parts and assemblies to determine the manufacturability of components, assemblies, and tooling and/or provides technical guidance. Conducts methods and systems studies to improve effectiveness in manufacturing support areas. Researches, improves and cost justifies manufacturing techniques, processes, and procedures to reduce costs while maintaining schedules and improving the product.

　　EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Machine shop experience preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years as a Manufacturing Engineer in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Experience in machining discipline and machine shop standards processes is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Collaborates and easily gets along in team-based environments • Strong mechanical aptitude • Excellent organizational skills • Computer Proficiency (MS Office, CAD, etc.)
