You will lead a team that's instrumental in ensuring compliance within the SOX program and support the organization in meeting regulatory standards and internal control requirements. You will also drive improvements to our existing processes.
Lead the company’s SOX compliance program, including annual SOX risk assessment, the rationalization and assessment of key controls, the annual update of process and control documentation and coordination with external auditors on scope, methodology and testing requirements Guide the execution of the SOX 404 compliance process, including planning, testing and reporting Ensure alignment of the SOX program to industry best practices and regulatory requirements for IT and Business Process domains Support the business in identifying and training control owners on execution of controls and retention of related evidence Develop detailed testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives, including IT general controls, application controls and key reportWork closely with both internal and external auditors to ensure all audit requirements are met Review and evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls Ensure compliance with SSAE 18 and PCAOB standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to SOX regulations, internal control requirements and best practices Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and partner with control owners to implement remediation plans, including reporting remediation status Evaluate identified exceptions for financial reporting impact and identify compensating controls Provide management, training and evaluation of staff Assist in special projects as assigned by the Senior Director

This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
