Job Summary
The Manager of Business Development for CES ASEAN is responsible for developing plans for generating new business leads and qualifying accounts across various software and service solutions in ASEAN countries. The role involves working closely with regional sales teams to create, manage, and measure the go-to-market (GPT) strategy and supporting field activities to maximize revenue growth. Additionally, the goal is to engage, influence, and leverage relationships to create selling opportunities.
The role also involves identifying, selling, and maintaining sales relationships, recruiting new partners from CX, CRM, and CCaaS vendors and direct/high-touch sales in Indonesia and Singapore.
Key Accountabilities
Direct/high-touch sales and recruiting new partners from CX, CRM and CCaaS vendors
Own executive relationships responsible for establishing and expanding the strategic accounts business strategy for Workforce and Customer Engagement.
Accountable for the sales/revenue performance and reporting of Quarterly Business Reviews regarding strategic accounts business.
Responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities by applying solution-selling methodologies and articulating solutions to address customers' needs.
Generate a sales plan to identify and qualify new opportunities.
Develop and lead sales presentations.
Track all communications and projections in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting.

People Specification
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or a combination of equivalent education, training, and work experience.
10 to 15 years of experience in selling CS and contact center technologies.
A strong business development skill level is required to work with partner networks focusing on CX, CRM, and CCaaS.
Well-connected with partner network focusing on CX, CRM as well CCaaS.
Proven track record of successful sales in software and contact centers with established customer connections in BFSI/Telco industries in ASEAN, Singapore or Indonesia.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
Successful completion of Verint's background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification.
