LPN - Community Health Center (Knox Public Health)Along with the great benefits the agency has to offer employees, the Community health Center helps provide care to those who don't have insurance, are under-insured and/or those who have Medicaid and Medicare insurances.Our Mission :  to be an access point for health care to the residents of the community.Our goal:  to promote healthy lifestyles and provide medial, dental, and counseling services to those who cannot readily attain it.Essential Functions:  *  Assess patients in medical clinic*  Assist MD's and CNP's with clinic procedures*  Order testing as necessary*  Schedule follow-up exams*  Complete all paperwork requirements*  Complete prior authorizations when needed*  Perform various clinical testing*  Basic nursing procedures*  Assist in immunization clinic when needed*  Work with community partners as neededRequirements:*  Active Nursing License in the state of Ohio*  Associates Degree in Nursing preferred*  Minimum of 2 years experience preferred*  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites*  Knowledge of Google Applications (Docs/Sheets)*  Excellent computer skills
