Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Logistics Handling Specialists with Danish language (f/m/d) to join our international Global Business Services in one of our divisions. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing (products and systems), some logistics activities and regular contact with client. There is also a possibility to work remotely.

What are your responsibilities?

Processing and execution of orders in the system (SAP)

Contacts with customers and suppliers via email/phone

Close cooperation with various internal departments

Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations

Handling warranty and return process

Central stock ordering

Proactively raising improvement ideas

What do you need to make real what matters?

Fluent written and verbal communication in Danish (mandatory) and good level of English

Experience/background in logistics/ supply chain, business administration, customer service - will be a plus

Knowledge of SAP - preferable

Ability to work in a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to perform tasks
