The LifeSight PEP Head of Clients role is an exciting opportunity and pivotal to shaping the client experience.
In this role, you will report to the LifeSight Business Leader and will be a member of the LifeSight US leadership team.
Key responsibilities
Develop and oversees LifeSight client service model; coordinating with LifeSight Business Leader along with Investments, Sales and Operations leaders to deliver high-quality and efficient client service experience.
Responsible for coordinating amongst client team and DC consultant SME’s, while also being a SME and key stakeholder supporting sales for early technical vetting of new client opportunities and throughout the onboarding process / consult with clients on plan design and complex DC related topics and mentor junior colleagues to proficiency on these items
Help deliver sustainable operating income growth by: attracting new business, satisfying existing clients and contributing towards reduced costs and risks by utilizing central resourcing, technology and SME
Develop and oversee external and internal partners to drive a cohesive client experience
Drive and support the team to retain all clients and services – 100% referenceable clients in first years
Expertly understands the LifeSight PEP product, operating model, client service model and plan design
Coordinate client satisfaction measurements with broader WTW efforts

Key candidate requirements
Deep knowledge of the US defined contribution plan market
Proven ability to establish and lead relationships, work collaboratively with team members across businesses and externally at all levels
Executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills
Able to navigate and drive change with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
