They train and assist lower-level manufacturing and production workers as well as support daily management of the production line(s).Essential Functions:Train and backfill assigned personnel on the assembly and troubleshooting of CosMx, GeoMx, DA and other Nanostring capital equipmentWork with the team to achieve the daily demand planOrganizing training and educational materials for the production teamSupport updates to the cross-training matrixes for manufacturing personnelProvide input to daily production management meetings, documenting and reporting metricsAssisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hiresEnsure compliance with QA/RA, safety, and professional standards within a facilityOrganizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goalsEvaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency and SWIPMaintaining communication between employees and cross-functional departments to ensure procedures and policies are well-understoodEnsuring the flow of raw materials and other resourcesConsider equipment, personnel, and environmental constraints in manufacturingWork with Development Engineering to propose and evaluate processes that can be used to reduce costs, improve qualityTarget Base Salary Range:NanoString is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
