  TikTok Core Product team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume, and enjoy content on TikTok. As part of the Core Product team at TikTok, TikTok Account team is focused on improving reliability, scalability, security of TikTok account structure. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead account initiatives, run the full stack from infrastructure to applications and grow TikTok ecosystem accounts to a new level.

  Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the product work of Open Platform - service transformation direction, including but not limited to the B & C product design of user scenario exploration and core transaction chain, and the systematic design of user-developer-platform service chain. It is necessary to deeply understand the needs of various roles in the industry ecosystem and explore opportunities to promote the prosperity of the ecosystem through openness;

  2. Be able to deeply understand and find service problems based on the Open Platform service roles and service scenarios, and jointly promote the improvement of the service system with business operations, continuously iterate service strategies, and do a good job in experience monitoring and service fallback;

  3. Standing on the platform perspective, leading the product planning and roadmap, driving the achievement of business goals, and providing high-quality product judgment and decision-making based on the business development stage;

  4. Closely link operation, technology, business and other resources, promote multi-departmental cooperation, ensure product landing on schedule and track product effects, and continuously pursue service experience improvement.

  Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, able to use English as a working language;

  2. 10+ years or more working experience;

  3. Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, strong stress resistance, and the ability to break down and solve complex problems;

  4. Good data comprehension ability, strong logical thinking ability, exploratory spirit, and strong self-motivation;

  5. Have a global perspective and enthusiasm, and continue to pay attention to global Internet products.

  6. Possessing relevant technical/design background is a plus

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $250000 - $350000 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.

  We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
