About Key Account Manager

  role which will require to achieve sell-out & sell-in volume/value objectives, across channels and brands

  by profitably managing assigned key accounts, reporting to a Senior Sales Manager.

  ⚫ Consumer Beauty Key Account Manager コンシューマービューティーキーアカウントマネジャー

  In this role you will be responsible for:

  ⚫ 2-3 different key national chains and other regional chains

  2-3 のナショナルチェーンと他ローカルチェーンを担当する

  ⚫ Developing and tracking key account plan and sell-out/sell-in for each chain

  キーカアカウントプランの立案・実行と、セルアウト・セルインのトラッキングを実行する

  ⚫ Proposing, implementing and tracking top-spinning and gap-filling plans accordingly

  目標上回る、もしくはギャップを埋めるアクションプランを適宜提案・実行・トラックする

  ⚫ Managing subordinates in near future

  近い将来部下をマネージする

  業務内容

  • コンシューマービューティーのブランド・製品を問屋・小売チェーンへの営業活動により販売し、店頭 POS を最大化する業務です。

  We'd love to see candidates who have:

  必要な経験・スキル

  1. Required

  ⚫ Experience

  ➢ Wholesaler/distribution partner management for more than 5-7 years

  5-7 年以上の問屋の営業経験

  ➢ Key national chains in Drug, GMS, Variety channels for more than 5-7 years

  5-7 年以上のドラッグ、GMS、バラエティチャネルのナショナルチェーンの営業経験

  ➢ Food & drug business in detergent and/or skincare categories for more than 2-3 years

  2-3 年以上の雑貨(洗剤、スキンケアなど)カテゴリーの営業経験

  ⚫ Skills

  ➢ Excellent communication skills in Japanese

  日本語のコミュニケーションスキル

  ➢ Excellent analytical, logical & strategic thinking skills

  事実に基づいた論理的・戦略的思考スキル

  ➢ Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  マイクロソフト ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントスキル

  ⚫ Qualifications

  ➢ A bachelor's degree

  大学卒業

  2. Desired:

  ⚫ Experience

  ➢ Food & drug business in body care and color cosmetics categories for more than 2-3 years

  2-3 年以上のボディケアやカラーコスメカテゴリーの営業経験

  ⚫ Skills

  ➢ Daily communication skills in English

  英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
