About the Opportunity
The Technology Program Management & Service Operations team is hiring a Project Manager for our Cloud Service Management team to partner with Cloud Engineering and Operations, Product Management, R&D and business unit stakeholders across Ellucian to manage projects in our portfolio. This position is an individual contributor role. This role focuses on leading Product and Enterprise projects to achieve expected outcomes.
About the Team
The Cloud Engineering and Operations team is part of the Product Organization and Ellucian which is made up of Program Managers, Project Managers and Process Management teams. We work on internal and customer facing projects which are key to keeping our customers and internal teams on target for our transformation into a world-class SaaS provider. The team leads planning, execution, and delivery of commitments by driving project team accountability and transparency while continuously managing risks, driving actions and communicating with people across the organization about status, risks and needs. We run on honest dialogue, full transparency, and a shared understanding across stakeholders. We work with an agile mindset applying creativity and innovation to overcome challenges and deliver our work successfully.

What you will bring
5+ years of related work experience including enterprise and technical projectsDirect experience leading projects which involve technical solutions, process improvement, organizational change managementWillingness to be a hands-on leader and dig into project details to improve understanding, implementation planning and communicationInquisitive drive to learn new systems and technology and seek innovative solutionsResults driven, collaborative individual with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skillsExperience and ability to influence without authorityWell-developed analytical skills to uncover insights and make recommendations for actionFocus on improvement and follow through to identify and facilitate improvement opportunities in support projectsExperience in the implementation of large projects, including ERPs or complex distributed application environmentsExperience with AWS projects and tools or similar Cloud productsKnowledge and experience in SDLC and Agile developmentSuperior verbal and written skills, excellent customer service, as well as high attention to detailHigher Ed experience is a plusProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or like experience
