　　Description:

　　• High school diploma or GED required, plus 2-3 years related (Operations) work experience

　　• Experience: Proven experience as an IT professional with a strong technical aptitude

　　• Must have advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management, decision making, and communication skills

　　• Advanced computer skills required

　　• Basic leadership skills preferred, along with the ability to work with little or no supervision

　　• Should be able to make recommendations for process improvements on a regular basis

　　• Must be able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality

　　• May be required to provide on-call support

　　Responsibilities:

　　Under general supervision continue learning requirements and tasks that relate to the configuration of the vendor application(s) supported by your team. Continue to grow basic understanding of the technical aspects including, but not limited to, performance, capacity, recovery, operations, configuration, and security.

　　• Start to understand how tool(s) fit into the larger system/service delivery.

　　• Work with Product Owner(s) and team to maintain and build functionality within the vendor software, supported by your team, to meet the needs and

　　requirements of the business while maximizing effectiveness. Start demonstrating customer understanding.
