　　Your role:

　　As a Product Marketing Assistant, you will be at the heart of our mission to accelerate business growth across the EMEA region. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with 15 different markets and our New York headquarters to bring strategic projects to life and support our product launches. Here's what you'll be doing:

　　Market Analysis: You'll be responsible for conducting monthly brand analysis using cutting-edge tools like NPD and SAP, helping us understand how our products are performing in the market.

　　Competitive Insights: Dive deep into data, analyzing both La Mer and competitor NPD data to gain insights into our performance, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.

　　Pricing Strategy: Craft pricing proposals that are not just numbers but reflections of a deep understanding of market dynamics and our brand's architecture.

　　New Product Launch: Be part of the excitement of launching new products by providing valuable insights and competitor benchmarks, ensuring our products are set for success from day one.

　　Daily Market Support: You'll be the bridge between our EMEA markets and our global HQ, offering daily support, insights, and information to keep everyone aligned and thriving.

　　Education Requirements: A minimum of five years of education beyond A-levels.

　　Experience Preferences: Ideally, candidates should have completed internships in marketing, particularly within the cosmetics or luxury brand industry.

　　Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the English language is essential.

　　Certifications and Skills:

　　Strong affinity for premium products and experiences

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)

　　Excellent analytical and synthesis skills are highly valued.
