  Job Classification:Sales - SalesAs an Internal Wholesaler in Individual Life Insurance, you will provide pre-sale and marketing support for life insurance products. You will actively partner with External Wholesalers and Financial Advisors. With a focus on successfully driving customer engagement and execution, you will have opportunities to practice sales philosophies as well as develop and manage activities. We are committed to the growth and development of every single employee, and we see our business success as a direct result of our talent.Prudential offers a generous benefits package including:Competitive salary with opportunity for an annual bonus based on performanceOutstanding advancement potential, beginning with tiered promotional opportunitiesA comprehensive health care plan, available on start dateTuition assistanceThe opportunity to participate in company sponsored retirement savings plansResponsibilities:Proactively collaborates with External Wholesalers to uncover, develop, and close life insurance opportunities.Build relationships and create win-win outcomes for your business partners and their respective clientsPresents sales concepts via phone or in personPartner with other business units, including Case Management, Marketing, and Advanced Marketing to drive salesWork with diverse teams on challenging projects such as system enhancements, standard operating procedures, and product and marketing solutionsRun Prudential Life Insurance illustrations and explain and educate on the solutionsQualifications:Ability to drive results and increase presence and market share in your assigned territoryAbility to build and maintain strong business relationshipsAppetite for understanding market trends impacting businessGood knowledge of Life Insurance ProductsSolid understanding of Compliance policies and practicesExcellent written, oral communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels in the organizationExceptional time management skills and detail orientationEnthusiastic team player and self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced sales environmentProficient computer and keyboarding skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task between several computer applications while effectively managing a conversationStrong organizational skills and able to stay abreast of rapidly changing informationAbility and willingness to deal with change and ambiguityMust exercise sound judgment, discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all timesFINRA SIE and Series 6/7 registration or ability to obtain within 180 days from date of hirePreferred Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years of related experience in the life insurance industry, brokerage or financial services sales experienceBachelors degreeDemonstrated experience with illustration softwareIndustry designations, including CLU, CHFC, and CFPNote:Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary for this role is $60,000+ applicable sales commissions and/or bonuses. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the progr m, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
