　　SoulCycle is seeking inspiring leaders in the fitness industry to learn and teach powerful, motivating, rhythm-based classes across the country. SoulCycle offers a lucrative career opportunity to part-time and full-time instructors that qualify. Through our training program, the potential instructor will be taught how to inspire riders, transform bodies and ultimately change lives. 　　This position will report to the Regional Talent Manager. The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned. 

　　ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Successfully complete the mandatory SoulCycle Instructor Training ProgramSubbing classes when asked when the instructor’s personal schedule allowsDeliver the SoulCycle experience to riders in classAdhere to the SoulCycle experience and modify the intensity for participants when necessaryContinuously monitor the exercise and experience for riders in classCurate a new 45/60-minute playlist and workout for every class scheduledArrive at the studio for class at least 20 minutes prior to the start of class and stay after to engage with riders Assist riders with technical/mechanical support on the bike to maximize the experienceDeliver a holistic mind-body class using purposeful movement and choreographyEnsure that the class is safe for all ridersCommunicate with the Talent Management and Instructor Development team on feedback, scheduling and continued developmentPromote SoulCycle marketing campaigns inside and outside the studioAttend mandatory company meetings and continuing education seminars  Qualifications Must have enthusiasm and passion for the SoulCycle brand and class experienceMust be proficient in iTunes and/or music editing programsMust have access to personal laptop computer Must maintain CPR certification once employedMust be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, exercise modifications for all populationsMust be eager to learn and continue professional development and educationMust be friendly, vibrant, and outgoingOutstanding communication skills required A background in fitness and/or the arts is preferred but not required Pay Transparency: Min $60 - Max $104 per session
