  H&E Equipment is constantly growing and looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Representative that are hungry for advancement. Many of our Outside Sales Reps and Branch Managers started as an ISR and have grown their careers just like you can! Our CEO and over a dozen of our VPs all started at our rental counter in Inside Sales and grew from there!

  Job Responsibilities:

  Works heavily on the phone with customers to generate rentals and assist them in other business needs.

  Responsible for assisting fellow sales representatives with all rental coordination efforts.

  Supporting our customers by opening and closing rental contracts

  Coordination and dispatching of drivers for deliveries and pick-ups

  First line of support for excellent customer service.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  MUST POSSESS an EXTRAORDINARY knack for service, with a personality that jumps out at our customers as someone they’d love to deal with.

  Strong communication and organization skills

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software

  Ability to juggle competing priorities with strong verbal and written communication skills

  Customer service minded, strong administrative, people oriented professional
