Washington-Morgan Community Action is seeking a bright, well organized, outgoing and knowledge individual with initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient computer skills in Word and especially with Excel. Capable of managing a multi-tasking staff in Housing and Transportation.
Must have the ability to meet the goals and objectives of diverse programs, maintaining strict oversight of all functions to maintain compliance with multiple grant obligations,. Must have the ability to understand financial reports and produce projections from those reports. Budgeting skills required. Positive history of supervision and management, leadership, bondable, insurable and committed to the Community Action mission. Experience in construction or housing rehabilitation a plus.
The individual will be responsible to provide day to day supervision for the Home Weatherization Assistance Program, Transportation Programs, Community Housing Improvement Programs, Housing Trust Fund, Housing Preservation Grant, and other Housing Programs. Ensures that agency properties are properly maintained.
Education and/or Experience: Must have a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferably in a related major, and two or more years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Starting pay: * $57,000 to $60,000

Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable. Must be willing to travel locally and periodically attend out of town training, requiring overnight stays when necessary.
