　　-Embeds and sections of routine tissue and IHC positive control tissue.

　　-Performs routine H & E stains, coverslips slides, and accurately labels slides.

　　-Maintains laboratory equipment and makes all working solutions.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　• Must possess a minimum of Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in a biological/physical science or equivalent, with courses in immunology and histology or equivalent training. Previous experience in a laboratory setting is highly desired. Computer skills highly desired.

　　• 1 year of experience as a histology technician.

　　• HT (ASCP) certification eligible.
