Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Guest Services Agent to join the Front Office Team in Park City !

As a Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for the check-in and check-out process as well as answering questions regarding regarding local dining and attractions, hotel hours of operations, and other guest requests. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks:

Welcome and fulfill the check-in process for Guests and group arrivalsComplete the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systemsServe as a key point of contact for Guests, effectively and efficiently managing requests, inquiries, and complaintsMaintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special eventsProvide information, advice, and booking service for a wide variety of Guest inquiriesMaximize sales revenues through upselling and incentive programsPerform general incoming communication duties, including taking reservations via telephone and electronic registration systemsWhat are we looking for?
