A Day in the Life
As the Service Program Manager you will manage projects and programs by:
• Applying strong project management and program leadership skillsets to plan, initiate, monitor, track, and ultimately deliver service-related projects and programs, while meeting milestones and deadlines in an autonomous environment and communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
• Leading cross-functional global teams for Service projects and programs for the Enabling Technologies (ET) business unit, particularly supporting the Mazor Robotics site in Caesarea, Israel.
• Providing service design input and developing service strategies for new product launches.
• Developing, implementing and improving processes across Service to standardize, drive consistency, and improve service delivery for both internal and external customers.
• Becoming a service business expert and applying that knowledge to educate and mentor others.
• Applying broad business acumen, including financial modeling, ROI, and other cost/benefit tools.
• Enforcing quality standards within every project and all day-to-day activities.
Must Haves
• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs
• PMP Certification (or ability to attain within 1 year)
Nice to Haves
• 3+ years of experience with medical devices and systems, imaging technology, or other technical disciplines
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project expertise
