Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in Product Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Ad Agency, Research Agency, Product Marketing, Product Management, Management Consulting, or similar roles.
Preferred qualifications: Experience leading cross-functional projects in go-to-market and/or product.
Experience influencing leaders through judgment and data.
Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives, along with strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Ability to write work with high levels of data and work with SQL.
Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop and lead robust go-to-market and commercialization plans for new ads products and verticals. Establish annual and quarterly targets, design scorecards consisting of leading and lagging success metrics, and create executive level visibility through regular reporting. Influence product strategy and roadmap based on insights from customers, promoters, and other stakeholders. Build exceptional partnerships across critical internal teams. Be a product expert for Small/Medium Business (SMB) Ads, and understand how SMB customers engage with Google's product offerings.
