Manage and coordinate multiple highly complex genetic medicine research projects, both academic and clinical, including gene therapy applications for APOE4, Friedreich's Ataxia, andanti-cocaine vaccine. Managing the clinical subjects from initial intake to actual participation and application of the gene therapies. Project planning, identifying issues and risks that mightimpact scope, schedule, quality and cost. Assist in initiating and renewing grant applications to government, foundations, and industrial sponsors. Assist in developing the budget required for grants. Prepare and compile reports on project budget and finances, operations, and scientific progress. Design and manage the creation and implementation of data collection systems for departmental research projects. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data collection systems.In lieu of two years' experience in the job offered, will accept two years' experience as a Clinical Trial Administrator overseeing Leukemia research trials and MPN Clinical Trials Services
