Your role:

Incumbent will be responsible for understanding Philips’ Order to Cash (O2C) processes within Global Business Services (GBS) and its relation to other functions within GBS (Finance, Procurement, etc.)

Incumbent will be leading the Supply Chain ensure high quality delivery with seamless collaboration across Vendors/Business/Functions/Markets within GBS.

Ensuring Compliance to Philips Standard Processes (PEPF). Drive improvements in Quality achievement of KPIs at Global level.

Prioritizing and implementing Continuous Improvement LEAN initiatives and other methodologies throughout the hub and Lean focused Daily Management reporting activities

Incumbent will be responsible for Performance Outcome periodic review of Third Party Vendor who are supporting SCM Organisation

Understanding, reviewing and closing all SOX and ICS related requirements for Order to Cash (O2C), Quote to Cash (Q2C), and ensuring overall compliance. Launching finance controls and guidelines in order to meet customer’s expectations

Establishing relationships with new product introduction teams, ensuring all products and new processes are implemented according to plan; as well as, supported from a customer and internal control perspective.

Providing judgment-based decision-making in assessing orders, revenue recognition and managing demo inventory to appropriate levels.

Integrating acquisitions with appropriate controls and customer-facing mindset. Support and drive for attainment of acquisition financial targets.

Responsible for standardization and simplification of processes including digitization RPA.

Will be responsible for leading developing high quality team. Ensure Knowledge Transfer management, Cross Training.

Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization

You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)

Master’s Degree with 10+ years of experience in an Operations based customer facing role in Supply Chain or Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Enablement and End to End solutions.

Preferably Certified Lean Master with extensive experience in driving process improvement to streamline processes and reduce handoffs.

Deep understanding of Shared Service Business Operating Model and business risk analysis.

Able to Influence Inspire large size Organisation

Able to work with cross functional multiple stakeholders with multiple priorities.

Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Effective, planning, organization and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and dynamic environment.

Strong influencing skills through effective communication and leadership techniques. Able to recognize organizational and business differences and work to effect alignments

Ability to drive large scale transformational projects
