　　Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Dynamometer Technicians for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. We are seeking a hard-working, motivated and dedicated Dynamometer Technicians to join our team. The Dynamometer Technician is responsible for engine set-up, including instrumentation, monitoring the test while it's running, and for engine removal. They will also be supporting programs that require powertrain mapping, combustion analysis, emission testing and engine power/mechanical development. This Full-Time Dynamometer Technicians position based out of Livonia, MI. and offers an AM Day shift! Candidates meeting the requirements for this Dynamometer Technicians position below are strongly encouraged to apply. Day shift available.

　　Shift Schedule:

　　AM Day shift: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday)Pay:

　　$23 to $25/hr. (Depending on experience)

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum high school diploma or equivalent2+ years of powertrain dynamometer testing experienceMust have excellent engine mechanical and electrical diagnostic skillsMust be proficient with computers, including MS Office applications and dynamometer controls operation experienceMust have own tools and a rolling tool boxMust be willing to learn and able to work overtime and weekends as neededMust be flexible, eager to learn and have a strong attention to detailMust have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skillsPreferred Skills:

　　Associate degree or technical training in an automotive related fieldEngine teardown/build skills and able to follow an engine assembly manualPowertrain calibration, diagnostics or controls experienceAble to perform simple fabricationsExperience or training with AVL PUMA 2.0 and/or A & D iTest dynamometer controls
