Job requirements:
Performs a variety of routine stocking duties typically including, but not limited to, picking, arranging, sorting, packing, stacking, loading, labeling, etc. Transports waste and recycling materials. Reviews, verifies, and inspects materials for damage. Identifies stock locations. Fills inventory requisitions, establishes sequencing priority. Accurately maintains inventory records. Requires a high level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform basic math, and comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions. Intermediate computer skills are required. Regular attendance in the workplace is required for interaction with others and to support teamwork. Performs other related duties as assigned. About the work environment:
Works in a factory setting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in accordance with Company policy. You will be required to obtain and maintain a Forklift Driver Certification through the Company and operate the forklift in a safe manner. Required to stand for long periods of time and manually lift/move/manipulate parts up to 50 pounds or use cranes/hoists to move heavier materials. Temperatures may be extreme; elevated in the summer, cold in the winter. Needs to be able to cope with stressors and demands that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable and defined levels of performance are maintained.
About you:
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Six more months of warehouse related experience is preferred 3 years of Forklift Operator experience is required About the Schedule:
This is a second shift position.
About the total compensation package:
Wage - $20.00 to $23.29 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
